Exchange Policies

  • We put in a lot of time and love into products and your satisfaction is very important to us!
  • Any item that may have been damaged during shipping will be replaced immediately. But only if you send us an unboxing video! 
  • All we ask is that you drop us an email(support@theorangetree.shop) along with a photo & unboxing video of the damaged product and we will be happy to send you a new piece.
  • We are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to hygiene precautions. However, we accept exchanges in case of any size issue; Return not acceptable. In this case, you would bear the shipping costs to return the product and also for getting a new one in exchange.
  • Our number one priority is for our customers to be absolutely 100% in LOVE with our products! So please reach out if you're needing assistance. 
  • The Orange Tree does NOT accept forced returns and these are non-refundable.
